Number 3 in Anthony Presgrave's Census of five covers. The Northern Territory Place Names Register states that Cullen Bay, Larrakeyah may have been "named after the senior partner [of] Cullen & Wigley, who were based in Pine Creek during the mining period of the 1870s". Cullen River & Mount Wigley were definitely named after these men.
