Manuscript 4 ½ due to pay single rate under 60 miles across L Ontario to Toronto, with additional rate of ms 6 ½ due for total 11d rate [all in the same hand] for 201 – 300 miles to Kingston. Weak boxed FORWARDED handstamp and italic Too Late handstamp on front. All four are weak strikes, likely from a dry inkpad]. No Kingston receiver.
