II, pp. 49-50), showing red manuscript "PAID WPF" Fora cash payment; a postal receipt was given, which was unnecessarily and unusually attached to the cover; the receipt, for "3 Cent.", shows a 31 OC 1900 Tanjong-Malim Post Office killer, Very Fine, choice and rare, with 1986 Holcombe certificate.
