Feb 1 1922 duplex cancel having a corner crease, and 1¢ Blue green issue with black “O.B." handstamp overprint. Tied to legal Provincial Government official mail cover by Oct 6, Lepanto P.I. duplex postmark. Also entails 2c Deep green 1906 issue, "O.B." overprint in black franked on official postcard to USA. Tied by partial Manila P.I. Oct 21 1921 duplex cancel. Rust stain from a paper clip at upper left and a pair of the 10¢ blue issue with violet “O.B." handstamp overprints.
