Unrecorded unused by Ron Butler but one other has been recorded so it should be rated RRRRR. The very fine 'Besancon' example sold for SFr1570.

Rated RRRR. Larger & more attractive than the 'Besancon' example that sold for SFr1450. [Date range -.1868 to 19.7.1869 only]
BLUE OVERPRINT: 'A.G.' on DLR Crown/SA Wmk Rouletted 2d orange with the Watermark Reversed, rouletting on all sides, GPO cds of JA2-/71. Rated RRRR: the later of only two recorded examples, the other of 10.9.1868. The similar 'Besancon' example sold for SFr340. [Date range 6.3.1869 to -.1.1871 only]
