image 1893, $5 Columbian (Scott 245), a simply magnificent stamp exemplifying exquisite perfection in all regards, with an incredible light, face-free c.d.s. cancel (which does not belong), stamp is Superb in every other respect, the Columbian of your dreams, would have been a a Solo Top of the Pop and the only 98 in PSE's Population Report, with 1992 and 2005 P.S.E. certificates as well as a later one stating the cancel is not genuine, that is not included, the 2005 certificate is graded SUP 98.
