"Hard Paper" Special Printing (Scott 173), without gum as issued, a gorgeous stamp with incredible color depth, clean impression, and solid centering on paper with massive lateral margins, Very Fine to Extremely Fine, a most special printing, with 2003 P.S.E. and 2021 P.S.A.G. certificates, the latter graded VF 80.
