image 1870, 10¢ brown, N.B.N.C. printing (Scott 150), part o.g., a stellar example with bold color, razor-sharp detail, and stunningly full, well-balanced margins, an Extremely Fine jumbo, a very difficult stamp in any condition—and rarely seen this choice, one stamp listed at this grade in PSE's Population Report, with a single 98 higher, with 1971 P.F. and 2021 P.S.A.G. certificates, the latter graded XF 90J.
