Narcotic Tax, 1919, $2 rose (Scott RJA22), handstamped "NARCOTIC" in small, black sans-serif type, fresh and well-centered with a red dated handstamped cancel; slight creases, Very Fine appearance, with a 1990 P.F. certificate.

A remarkable example of this rare stamp, with 1991 and 2003 P.F. certificates.
