"Soft Paper" Special Printing, double transfer (Scott 197 var.), without gum as issued, a spine-tingling stamp with exceptional color, detail and freshness, the doubling visible in both top and bottom labels, Very Fine, unpriced in Scott; a normal #197 catalogues $34,500, with 1957 and 2001 P.F. certificates.
