image 1870, 3¢ green, N.B.N.C. printing, double impression (Scott 147b), cleanly printed with a blue target cancel, the double impressions producing a roller coaster effect across the bottom of the design; large partly broken crease at top, Extremely Fine appearance, a terrific rarity as only five off-cover examples have been certified genuine by the PF, listed as #147b-CAN-05 in the Siegel census, with 2012 P.F. certificate.
