Italian States: Parma, Newspaper Tax, 1853, 9c black on blue (Scott PR2), an incredibly fresh mint, never hinged block of 4 on ordinary paper; the margins are extra wide at the sides, well clear at the bottom and barely touching at the top; the only negative is a light diagonal natural paper crease affecting the left stamps, otherwise Very Fine, with a 2012 J-F Brun certificate.
