1914, 5¢ blue, S.L. watermark, perf 12 x 10 (Scott 423C), a stellar example of this great rarity with immense color, clean lines and fresh paper; intriguing cancel adds to its appeal; slightly nibbed perforation at top ("pulled", on accompanying certificate), faint crease at bottom, Very Fine, only 25 used examples are recorded (none unused known), with 1999 P.F. certificate as #428a (former catalogue number),
