image Lovely Collection of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia Forgeries, with a great variety of different material mounted on 2 Vario pages, including NB Pence and Cents issues plus a few more items. We note different forgers (mostly Fournier and Spiro), different types of technology used, different postmarks, etc. and Nova Scotia forgeries, with a good number of different from Spiro, Senf, Oneglia, Paneli, Fournier and some unknown to us. Noted a lovely 3d Heraldic by Oneglia with blue #8 in grid postmark and many more nice and rare items. Noted a scarce perforated engraved forgery of the 1c, a nice New Brunswick #8 in grid on a NS 3d blue (this, a better item from Oneglia) and other scarce forgeries. Some faults as expected and a great and useful group for the specialist. (Image)

image Newfoundland Mint Collection in a Lindner Hingeless Album, 1860-1947, with a good variety of issues, mainly in incomplete sets but did see a few complete and includes a few airmail stamps as well. A quick spot check revealed some never hinged near the end, but assume that most is hinged. Saw a few nibbed perfs here and there but overall quality looks nice, with bright colours and fine or better centering. (Image)

image Mint and Used Newfoundland Collection in a Hingeless Lighthouse Album with Slipcase, while the bulk of the value is in Newfoundland, the album contains all pages for other provinces, plus some NB and NS Cents issues. The Newfoundland collection is a mix of mint and used, with a few complete mint sets, strong back of the book and with mint blocks of four at the end. Quality is generally fine to very fine (#C18 has gum staining, and a few faulty stamps were not counted), with some Pence issues being cut into, otherwise the mint were assumed all hinged except for the Long Coronation set which is NH as well as are many of the Dues. The blocks of 4 are lightly hinged at top and never hinged at bottom. See scans for a glimpse. (Image)
