This is followed by Dependencies ($279) and one set each of the overprinted Dependencies ($100). The earlier issues tend to be hinged or even mostly lightly hinged, becoming never hinged towards the later sets. Scott #14 (SG 22) is accompanied by a 1954 B.P.A. certificate.
