1890s 8c Violet Black Small Queen, mint very lightly hinged (difficult to see), with a horizontal gum skip, still an attractive and very fine stamp with rich colour. Accompanied by a 2006 Philatelic Foundation certificate from when it had its top selvedge. (Image)
