image Cayman Islands, "EAST END/Grand Cayman/RURAL/Post Collection", two mostly clear strikes of the framed violet handstamp cancel two each ¼d brown & 1d carmine (31, 22) on the reverse of a 1912 cover to Rochester, N.Y.; with Georgetown (Mar 5) and Boddentown (Mar 5 & 6) double circle datestamps, also on the reverse; small, barely noticeable corner crease/tear, otherwise Fine to Very Fine. An exceptional, exhibition-caliber example of this rare marking.
