image Parcel Post, 1913, 1¢ to 20¢ carmine rose (Scott Q1-Q8), an excellent study of Zones 1 to 5 in 17 items; comprises envelopes (2, one a front used as parcel label), wrapper, labels (2), parcel tags (9) and pieces (3) bearing various values (68), with numerous rates depicted and a splendid array of frankings, including "The Interior Hardwood Co." (Indianapolis) "Our First Parcel Post Delivery" large wrapper bearing 2¢ + 4¢, parcel tags with frankings such as 1¢ + 5¢ + 10¢ (5th zone usage from Cincinnati), 2¢ + 4¢ (5) + 5c, 2¢ + 5¢ + 20¢ vertical pair (large part tag, the two lower values defective), single franking of 10¢ ("Detroit Lubricator Company" illustrated advertising tag), and piece bearing 50¢ well-centered and tied by nearly complete perfect strike of "New York/CR" oval handstamp (2001 APEX certificate); some damage or faults, generally Fine to Very Fine.
