These panes of 60 were produced by the Bureau and sold only in Washington, D.C. They were made by perforating the outer six rows of the imperf sheets that were rejected by the United States Automatic Vending Co. due to the 3mm spacing of the columns. There were 6,600 of these panes of 60 produced.
