1925, Norse-American complete, Portuguese Colony Specimens (Scott 620S-621S), affixed to a piece of an archive book and each handstamped "COLONIAS" in blue. Estimate $1,000 - 1,500
From 1900 to 1910, Portugal overprinted "Ultramar", meaning "Overseas", on a portion of the stamps they received from the U.P.U. The overprinted stamps were then distributed to their colonial postal authorities. In 1911 the overprint was replaced with "Colonias". Suggested Bid $1,000-1,500 (Image)
