This rare compound perforation is unpriced by both Gibbons & Juhl—but it is listed only on the red-orange shade, which this example clearly is not. In addition, Juhl lists the issue date of the orange (orange-yellow) shade with the upright watermark as July of 1912, lend further credence to this variety with its February 1913 postmark.
