A wonderful selection (with duplication!) presented in three slim "Bureau d'Etudes des Postes et Télécommunications d'Outre-Mer" folders; each page contains a six-row stockcard with a variety of issues, the highlights being two set of #B3-B10 along with blackprints of #B7 and B8; we also note a single #B11, later overprinted and reprinted Orphans Fund issues (two sets each), plus various Sinking Fund stamps; also of note are some lovely Mersons (in quantities of two to four), Rights of Man, Lined Sowers (one overprinted "ANNULÉ", one a coin daté), #256 bottom margin block of 4, C5 (2), C27, C29-C32 (2 sets), and more, Fine to Very Fine or better.
