Küstrin is a town in Gorzów County, Lubusz Voivodeship in western Poland, close to the border with Germany. The town recovered from being burnt to the ground by retreating French forces in 1814, and became one of the most important railway hubs in the Kingdom of Prussia and later the German Empire.
