Tied by Battal mute lattice of dots handstamp on registered cover from Constantinople to Sumnu (Shumen) addressed to the 2nd Imperial Army; certificate states the cover has been refolded on reverse and was probably bearing a further adhesive at right of front panel, we find no evidence to this, Very Fine, with 2013 G.
