Clear to huge margins, on Judicial wrapper originating in Patate to Quito, carried to Pelileo and entered the mails with Pelileo cds tying stamp, manuscript "1 oz" weight notation; some light soiling, Very Fine, an extremely rare and possibly the only known usage from Patate, Patate is 5 kilometers to the northwest of Pelilio, with 2013 Moorhouse certificate.
