image 1869 Fisk Mills of Washington, D.C., 3¢ Lincoln Unadopted Currency Envelope Essay. Engraved surface-printed design in red over greenish wood grained background on 152x89mm yellowish wove paper; light horizontal crease, fresh and Very Fine, a marvelous overall ornate design.
