(285 pair, 287, 289 two, 290) and 6¢ Bureau (271), all tied or cancelled by large "R" cancellation, purple "R, Manila" framed registry handstamp, purple "No. 1, Philippine Isls, San Francisco, Cal. Registered. May 29, 1899" double-circle datestamp on registered reduced greenish linen-lined cover front to Bremen, Germany, red crayon "5"; small erosion hole at center not mentioned on cert, Very Fine and rare high-value use, with 2019 P.F. certificate.
