Neat town cancel, deep intense color, wide top margin with portion of adjacent stamp, bottom with most perf disks present, Fine and attractive, a handsome example of this rare type 1a stamp which was only produced from from the bottom row of plate 4, with 1976 P.F. and 1997 A.P.S. certificates.
