Oct. 6th from New York" at top left, clear strike of "Short Paid" handstamp, French paquebot (10.5.66) octagon dispatch datestamp and "16" decimes due handstamp; 3¢ few short perfs at bottom and light diagonal crease at lower left, a Very Fine use short paid due to weight, ex-Vogel.
