The sheet also shows the major re-entries in positions 28 and 58. There is a small stain on the card at top (away from the India paper) which in no way detracts from this lovely and rare sheet, very fine. Catalogue value includes premium for 8 plate blocks of four. Old Time Collection of 41x 1859 5c Beaver Used Stamps, all displayed on two quadrille pages, and includes much postmark interest, such as 4-ring numerals (lovely and perfect #30, 22, 29, 21, 4), #37 in grid, many fully dated stamps, one with an imprint, many shades, and more. Unchecked for any re-entries, papers, etc., a nice overall quality lot. Owner purchased at a 1985 BNAPS convention for $12 each stamp. (Image)

1873 ½c Black Large Queen, Perforated 11½ x 12, a used horizontal pair, exceptionally well centered and fresh, with a "spur" variety on left stamp, very fine. (Image)
Group of 24 Used ½c Large Queens, with a variety of shades and postmarks, we also noted several "spurs" and other plate varieties, including at least one "white chignon" and a good chance for 11½ x 12 perforations as well. A very nice quality lot with many very fine stamps and ideal for study. Catalogue value is for the least expensive variety only. (Image)
Group of 12 Used 1c Brown Red Large Queens, with a variety of shades, papers (incl. at least three thin papers) and postmarks. We note one dated stamp on piece from the S. J.
