1861 1sh Rose Heraldic Imperforate, a mint full sheet of 20, with large part of watermark "CEY WISE / 1858" on 10 stamps, hinged in margins, with one hinge over the top right stamp, rest of the stamps are never hinged. Unfortunately the sheet has much toning, mostly in the margins but also on many of the stamps. (Image)
Group of Used Pence Issues, with a 1d (neat oval grid cancel, tiny tear at top, handstamped "ALCURI" on back), a 5d (owner describes postmark as being "French datestamp", needs to be verified), 5d (with blue indistinct postmark) and a 5d (indistinct postmark). Also comes with a trade sample proof of the 1sh with fake postmark. An overall very fine group. (Image)
Selection of Mint Pence issues, with #s 1, 5, 8, 11A, 11Ai, 12A (upper right corner block of four with stains in margins, two NH stamps and two lightly hinged including one with a crease), 15A, 19 (three shades, one has a crease), 18, 20, 21 (two, one is from upper left corner of sheet), 23 (very lightly hinged block of four). 1865 5c Brown Harp Seal, a used horizontal pair, with each stamp cancelled by a St John's segmented cork. A few pulled perfs and small corner creases do not detract from the lovely appearance of this scarce pair. (Image)
