1861 5d Brown Violet Heraldic Imperforate, a used horizontal pair, with two light oval grid cancels, fine-very fine. A very rare multiple, with only two horizontal pairs having been recorded by Pratt in 1981 (sold in 1986), one of which originated from the famous Dale-Lichtenstein collection. (Image)
1860 3d Green Heraldic Unwatermarked Imperforate, a mint "triangular" block of four with full original gum and two lightly hinged stamps. The top stamp has a crease, and there is a fold in the inner margin of the stamp at right, else very fine with bright colour. (Image)
Oneglia Engraved Pence Forgeries Sheet in Orange, includes six of each 2d, 4d, 6d, 8d and 1sh. Listed in his 1899 price list, he may have had help from the Sperati family in making these. The sheet has no gum and has a few minor toning spots, still very fine and scarce in sheet form. (Image)
