A great variety of material here starting with a used #4, a few Cents issues, mint and used Small Queens, mint and used Jubilees, Admirals and so on to modern, noting lots of varieties such as imperforate pairs, shifted perforations, officials, coil pairs, high value stamps such as 50c Bluenoses and $1 Parliaments, and lots more, too much to list here. Note that some of the descriptions on the 102 cards do not match the contents. We highly recommend viewing this lot, as it contains lots of useful material for dealers and collectors alike. (Image)

image Used Collection in Three Stockbooks, 1852 to 2009, starts with a very fine #4, good selection of First Cents, Large and Small Queens, Jubilees to the 50c, then fairly complete to the modern era (the more modern, the more are missing). A very nice collection, with many of the stamps often missing, such as the early high values, etc. Most of the postmarks are clean and we estimate about 5 to 10% of the collection is mint (in the modern era). Also includes a fourth stockbook with mint never hinged souvenir sheets, from about 1978 to 2010, with about $220 of face value. (Image)

image Valuable Mint and Used Collection from 1852 to 1991, in mounts neatly displayed in five Scott Albums. Starting off with a few classics such as the Pence issues (used #4d, mint #8 and used #9), then appears almost complete from the First Cents issue (missing only #16) to 1991 (mint or used). We noticed that most stamps are featured with a mint and used copy side by side, and adding a plate block or a booklet from the 1960s onward. All the popular and sought after sets are present such as LQs, SQs, Jubilees (missing only $3 and $5 values), Leafs, Numerals, Edwards, Québecs, Admirals, many coils and booklet panes. The back of the book is well represented with airmails, officials, special delivery, and more. Unchecked by us for never hinged, catalogue value is for all hinged, up to 1951 only. We estimated at several hundred dollars the face value for the modern stamps. Well worth a close look to appreciate the efforts dedicated to this collection. Some faults (not counted) to be expected but good overall quality, with many well centred stamps. See scans for a glimpse. (Image)

image Mostly Used Collection and Stock, 1859 to 2000s housed in one carton. Consisting of tens of thousands of early to modern used issues, both on and off paper, with a good mix of commemoratives and definitives, in glassines, envelopes and "zip lock" style bags. Most of the value resides in a used partial collection starting with the First Cents issue ( #14, #15, #18), SQs, Leafs, Numerals, Maps, Edwards, up the Peace issue, as well as a small quantity of modern postage with an estimated face value of over $175. During our cursory look, we noted a NH Caricature QEII vertical imperforate coil pair, some back of the book, precancelled, perfins, BNA, with also some bundleware from the Numeral to Wilding Portrait issue. Mixed condition but overall fine or better. Close inspection could yield some surprises. JG (Image)
