Madagascar - DEC.7.1929 Interrupted Air Mail Registered Postcard, the "Ile Bourbon", a Farman F190 Aircraft took off from Tananarive, Madagascar on DEC.7.1929. A short time after take off, it was forced to land on the island of Juan de Nova due to engine trouble. The mail was unloaded and sent to France by ship, 523 covers recorded.
