Group of 10 Queen Victoria Stationery Cards, with Some Better, note a lovely strike of Arva Ont. on a Jubilee card, a 1c QV card with very fine strikes of Kingston and Goderich squared circles on front, a scarce 1891 Woodstock Ont unofficial duplex (with "10" in killer), an 1891 1c blue card with a very nice strike of the desirable "BLYTH" fancy cancel, an 1897 Toronto flag to Waterford with squared circle receiver on front, three 1c cards uprated with a 1c SQ, (two to Germany, one with illustrated Niagara falls on back, and one to France) and a few more, some with advertising on back. An Original Correspondence of About 750 Stationery Cards, mostly all mailed int he 1890s to a general merchant in Le Bic (Québec), from a recently discovered find, this lot includes a variety of postmarks (small offices, RPOs, c.d.s. and duplex), many from the Québec "bas du fleuve" region.
