Starts off with 24 different Small Queens, 23 different Jubilee / Leaf and Numeral issues, and so on, with many high denominations, doubles, inverted, pairs, strips, blocks, etc. with a high level of completeness. Accompanied by a detailed and complete inventory, listing each precancel catalogue number and value, with 25 items cataloguing $100 or more. Group of Complete Christmas and Easter Seals Sheets, consisting of over 90 sheets and panes in all, housed in 2 sheet folders. More than half of the inventory are Christmas seals from 1951 to the early 1980s, while Easter seals are from 1950 to the early 1970s. We noted light duplication up to 3 items. Some sheets are showing gum disturbance and minor separation. Also included are blocks and part sheets. (Image)
1860 2½d dull rose Queen Victoria Imperforate, unused (no gum), quite fresh and with four large margins. The stamp has a small filled-in thin, still a lovely and very fine appearing example of this sought after first stamp of Vancouver Island. The stamp has partially erased expert signatures on back, including that of Alberto Diena, and is accompanied by a 1989 Philatelic Foundation certificate. Rsv. 5,500. (Image)
1860 2½d dull rose Queen Victoria, Perforated 14, used with #15 in grid cancel from Lilooet (RF 7, rare). The stamp is reperforated (or at least with some perf holes cleaned) on two sides, else fine appearance. Accompanied by a 2014 Philatelic Foundation certificate mentioning a "tiny tear at left" which we cannot see, even in fluid. Ex. Jack Wallace and James Pike. (Image)

1867 10c on 3d lilac rose Seal of Colony Surcharge, Perforated 14, mint with full original gum, never hinged, with upper sheet margin showing a reference cross. Large margin at right, with bright and fresh colour, fine. Accompanied by a 2015 Richard Gratton AIEP certificate. A very nice and rare never hinged example of this stamp, catalogue value given is for hinged only. Rsv. $1,200. (Image)
