1898 10c Special Delivery, a mint lot of two distinct printings, each in a fresh block of four. We note E1a (green, never hinged) and E1ii (with no shading in value tablet, top two lightly hinged, bottom two never hinged). A rarely offered group. (Image)
1922 20c carmine Special Delivery with Diagonal SPECIMEN Overprint, unused (no gum), with straight edge at right, quite scarce and fine. Specimen was applied by a foreign post office administration. Accompanied by a 1977 B.P.A. (London) certificate. (Image)
1888 2c deep rose carmine Registration Stamp, a mint never hinged vertical pair, both stamps are very nicely centred, the top stamp has a tiny mark on its gum, bottom has a very light gum bend, still a fresh and very fine pair with great colour. (Image)

Stock of Used 2c and 5c Registration Stamps, with 42x 2c stamps (including 8x rose carmine shades) and 45x 5c stamps. Wide range of shades and postmarks, plus a number of plate varieties identified by the owner, such as a #F1iii (burr to right of T) and some re-entries. A great lot for the specialist, catalogued as all cheapest shades (except F1b) and perforations, overall fine or better, with possible faults, and a few of the 2c are sulphuretted. (Image)
1875-1896 2c to 8c Mint Registration Issues, a stock page containing 2c (x10), 5c (x9) and 8c (x3), all mint hinged (a few 2c have no gum). We note a wide variety of shades and papers, unchecked by us for perforation varieties, one of the 8c has part of a counter. A few small faults including light creases, otherwise overall fine to very fine and catalogued as all cheapest shade or perforation variety. (Image)
1935 1c, 2c, 4c and 10c dark violet Postage Due Imperforates, each is a mint horizontal pair, with large margins. Unitrade notes that "most of the imperf pairs have slightly disturbed gum". These four pairs are fresh with immaculate never hinged gum, extremely fine. Rsv. $500. (Image)
