image Consignment Remainders Lot, starts off with two stockbooks of mint and used with quantities of Jubilees (mint and used) to the 50c, lots of mint and used Maps, mint and used Québecs, many coils, many high denominations, blocks, and so on to the 1980s, appears unpicked for postmarks and contains a high catalogue value. A number of glassines contain stock of mostly older issues with up to 100s of #s F2, 76, 77, MR4, revenues, many 1c and 3c Small Queens (again, these appear unpicked for postmarks, etc.). Also a few dozen complete mint sheets (plus many part sheets) from the 1930s to 1970s, best being a group of 1c to 5c Mufti sheets. A few hundred FDC from the House of Commons as well as the British American Bank Note Co, and last but not least are a number of envelopes with on and off paper worldwide stamps, mostly sorted by country as well as a few older covers. Close examination should prove to reveal high catalogue value within, see scans for a small sample. Faults are to be expected. (Image)

image Extensive Collection of Canada Post Prepaid Postage Postcards, from 2005 to 2016. We estimate the number of postcards to be about 300 with a catalogue value of $4 to $5 each. Appears to have a high level of completion for the period with very light duplication. Also included is a small group of mint worldwide stamps (mostly joint issues with Canada) and hundreds used Canada stamps housed in an envelope. Very fine. (Image)

There is some postmark interest, such as an unrecorded Neepawa Man. squared circle on 6c Jubilee, a socked on the nose Brandon Man. squared circle on 2c Map. image Advanced Mint and Used Collection in a Jarrett Album, 1852 to 1989, starts off strong with 5 imperforate Pence issues (all have faults or small margins), then essentially complete to 1989 for regular issues, missing only a $5 Jubilee (coils and booklet panes are at the end of the album). We noted very nice sets of First Cents and Large Queens, Small Queens are shown in both Ottawa and Montreal printings, Jubilees complete to the $4 mixed mint and used, with several very fine centered stamps including high values, good Admiral War Tax issues (MR2B and MR2C are mint, and missing the 4-line Inland Revenue overprints). Back of the book includes complete used air mails, registration, special delivery, dues are near complete mixed mint and used, complete used coil pairs (missing only the 3c Admiral part-perforate pair), page of mint and used booklet panes, overprinted officials are complete mixed mint and used, and the collection ends with pages of mint tagged issues. The collection tends towards used copies at the beginning with a few mint here and there, then becomes mint only from about 1970 on. A lovely collection, and it is evident that the collector was attentive to quality first (less so with the Pence) and so there are many nice c.d.s. stamps, more than usual very fine centered, etc. Well worth a close look, or look at our many scans online. image Mint and Used Collection on Harris Pages, 1852 to 1990, starts off with mostly used to the Admirals (saw some mint Jubilees), then mix of mint and used then mint only to the end starting about 1940s. Mostly complete in period for basic issues, including Cents, LQ, SQ and so on to the end (Jubilees only to the 20c), including complete back of the book issues. The catalogue value shown is for up to 1950 only, including back of the book, and the rest of the collection is complete mint never hinged, and includes lots of extra material such as matched sets of plate blocks, many souvenir sheets and booklets, lots of unused stationery and more. We estimate the face value of 1975 to 1990 to be easily over $300 alone. Catalogue value for the mint issues up to 1950 assumes they are all hinged, but we did notice a few NH. Inspection is recommended to better appreciate the value, but also to check for faults, as there are some on the earlier issues, and the early mint stamps will almost always have glazed gum or gum soaking. Otherwise overall fine to very fine. (Image)

image Powerful Collection of Mint and Used, 1850s to 1950s, all on album pages and in stock sheets, loaded with a good variety of mint and used material. Bit disorganized, but noted classics including several Pence issues, Cents, Large and Small Queens, Jubilees, Québecs, Edwards, Admirals, Scroll, War, Peace, back of the book, coil pairs, etc. Many stamps were not counted in catalogue value. Well worth a close look, as this would make a great lot for the online reseller or dealer. Scans only show a portion of the lot. Rsv. (Image)

We noted many coils, such as several hundred mint never hinged QEII Karsh 3c in strips of 20 or more including some start and end strips, various back of the book, officials such as one glassine full of used #O272, and precancelled issues. No very expensive stamps seen, still a useful lot with some postmark interest. Also included is some modern postage with a face well over $120 not counting a large yellow envelope filled with values lower than 25c. Also included are 4 name sale auction catalogues from Menich (2 different) Arfken and Arnell. Overall fine or better, viewing is highly recommended as this lot may yield some surprises. (Image)
