image Collection of 84 First Flight Covers from 1937, or related material. Includes # 3719 (x5) the Vice Regal Party Arctic Tour covers, with 2 signed by the pilot and others. Also # 3700 (x2) emergency flight covers from Lethbridge to Cardson which had been cut off due to heavy snow. image Jan 20, 1922 Group of 3 Covers from Halifax to St John's Newfoundland, all franked with Admiral stamps paying the 34c rate for this flight. Stamps are cancelled with "First Air Mail Halifax to St John's January 22" small rectangular handstamp. Plane was wrecked before the flight and the covers were sent by surface. Two small covers plus a #10 size (this one with a vertical fold). Nice group. (Image)

image 1928 Ottawa to Vancouver and Edmonton to Vancouver Flown Covers, Ottawa cover flown Sept. 5, arriving Vancouver Sept. 8. During the Sept. 7 stop in Edmonton 3 or 4 covers were taken on board addressed to prominent persons and carried by the pilot, squadron leader Godfrey. These were signed by him and entered the mails in Vancouver. A very scarce cover. Ottawa cover is also pilot signed and has some minor creasing. Edmonton cover is very fine. (Image)
