1918 1d King George V Overprinted WAR TAX in Black, a mint gutter sheet of 120, with plate 1 inscriptions on left pane, plate 2 inscriptions on right pane and sheet number 1838 at top right. Position 1/12 shows "broken leg of X" variety. The sheet has been folded vertically along the left side of the centre gutter, and has two hinges re-attaching a separation at top, rest is never hinged.
