Lovely Lot of Société St-Jean Baptiste Labels, a group of 22 blocks, strips, sheet inscription blocks, etc, all mint never hinged, very fine and with bright colours. One of the sheet margins is signed by J. Ernest Laforce, President. There were 69 different designs issued according to Lafrenière (2d edition), and this lot has about 21 different stamps (either by design or shade), which makes for a great start towards completion of the set.
