1898-1902 ½c to 20c Queen Victoria Numeral Set, with a basic hinged set (the 2c purple and 7c are never hinged) plus a different shade of the ½c, the 5c on white paper (#79b) and the 2c on 3c surcharge, for a total of 14 different stamps, catalogued as all very fine, 7c as fine. A nice extended set. (Image)
Large Accumulation of 1c and 2c Queen Victoria Numeral Stamps, with many thousands of stamps (perhaps tens of thousands) mostly in glassines, envelopes, boxes, etc. We note a box containing about 200 bundles of 100 of Scott 77 (2c carmine), many hundreds are on cut pieces (2x4, or close cut), and rest (many thousands) are off paper. Great majority of the lot is composed of 2c carmine, but also saw 1c and 2c purple, with much interest in postmarks, noted lots of dated material, potential for varieties, and more. A great lot for the specialist. (Image)
