image Extensive and Advanced Collection of First Day Covers, 1946 to 1992, with a total of about 2,347 covers, all neatly displayed on pages in 15 albums, organized by issue. The collection is supported by four handbooks or catalogues relating to Philippines philately, and an advanced collection (with about 160 unaddressed covers on pages, in two albums) of slogan cancels from 1948 to 1976. A once in a lifetime opportunity to acquire such a collection, which took a lifetime to assemble. There does not appear to be any duplication, and the overall quality is quite nice, save for some envelope glue toning here and there. See scans for a very small glimpse into this massive collection. Ex. Liptak collection. (Image)
