This is a fabulous rates and destinations collection of mostly commercial covers and cards, both surface and airmail rates, including registered and special delivery. The variety of rates, frankings and destinations is tremendous, with well over 40 different destination countries, almost all better, such as Malaysia, Luxembourg, Iran, Ethiopia, Hungary, Brazil, Mexico, Lundy Island, Tonga, Nepal, Kenya, Ryuku Island, Martinique to name just a few. Many are also underpaid and bear postage due stamps or postmarks. Also includes 17 incoming to Canada underpaid items, many with postage due.
