image Mostly Mint Collection in a Stockbook to 1972, all neatly laid-out, with many complete sets, souvenir sheets, back of the book, with very little duplication. Includes Belgium (2007 Scott of $5,284), Luxembourg (2007 Scott of $3,017) and Netherlands (2007 Scott of $6,500). Each country is accompanied by a detailed inventory which also indicates which ones are hinged and which are never hinged. All of the souvenir sheets are mostly all in black mounts in an accompanying large envelope. A nice and clean collection, overall very fine. (Image)

image Mint and Used Collection in a "Battle Green" Album, 1865 to 1991, starts off strong with the Queen Victoria issues with shades, high values, saw a NH pane of 60 of #26 ($360), and so on, probably 90% complete to the end for regular issues, with a mix of mint and used and includes some never hinged. Includes many shade and printing varieties, including mint and used varieties of the high value KGVI issues. Many complete sets, souvenir sheets and more. image Exceptional Mint Collection on Steiner Pages to 2000, in 3 thick binders. Starts with the 1962 pictorial series and is almost complete to 1966, often with both perf and imperf sets and SS and including the 1965 provisional overprint series Sc 68-75 (CV $285), from 1967 to 1975 over 60% complete but with most of the souvenir sheets present, 1976 to 2000 is almost 100% complete with both stamps and souvenir sheets. Numerous tridimensional stamps and souvenir sheets. Great thematic interest throughout. Total CV is about $4,500 and a rarely offered country so complete. (Image)

image Mint and Used Collection in Four Scott Specialty Albums to About 1974, with most countries well represented from the late 1940's to mid-1970's with varying levels of completion for earlier issues. Mainly MH to about 1968 and mostly MNH thereafter. For most countries the last George VI definitive set is present though not always complete; also present are complete Silver Wedding and commemorative sets of the 1960's as well as the first two Elizabethan definitive sets generally from 1954 and 1961. Later issues are abundant throughout. Completion is generally very high for the period from 1948 to the end. Egypt is also included to 1972 with used early issues, then MH to 1969 and used to 1972. Noted Ascension, Basutoland, Cape of Good Hope with 3 triangles (faults), Nigeria, Jordan, Tristan da Cunha, etc. Nice clean collections, mostly fine or better, with a high catalogue value. image Mint and Used Collection in Two Scott Specialty Albums, to About 1982. Mostly mint hinged to about 1968 and MNH afterwards. A very strong collection covering countries from the Arabian Gulf to Hong Kong. Contains many complete sets cataloguing over $100 each and many dozens of complete sets cataloguing over $50. Among many other interesting items we noted Aden and dependencies, Burma officials, Ceylon Victorian issues, Hong Kong including Scott 54 used (CV $300), Kuwait 1948 Silver Wedding (CV $45), the Maldives is very advanced to 1975, Nepal with the 1954 King and Maps sets Scott 60-83 mint CV $205, Scott 117 mint CV $100, Bahawalpur set Scott 2-15 mint CV $198, Strait Settlements/Malaya Postage Due set Scott J13-9 CV $194. All Malaya states are very extensively covered, they all include 1948 Silver Wedding set (Singapore CV $110), the 1949 UPU set; most have the 1949 George VI definitive set, the 1954 Elizabeth definitive set, as well as the 1957 and 1960 definitives. Group of 14 Old Stamp Approval Books, containing mostly all used British Commonwealth (Queen Victoria to Queen Elizabeth II) but also noted a book of Netherlands and Norway. Nice overall quality, with some higher values and noted some nice socked on the nose cancels. Probably several hundreds of stamps in all. Included is a correspondence between a stamp dealer in England and the owner from the 1970s, which contains many invoices, letters and dozens of stamped air letters to Canada. Last but not least is a group of over 100 Canadian FDC from the late 1960s and early 1970s with different cachet makers (mostly Rosecraft), plus a few envelopes of various worldwide stamps and covers. Overall fine.

Starts with an extensive collection of Great Britain (1840s to 2008) with mint and used and not missing much starting in the 1930s, with high values, good QV to KGV era, many early Officials (high catalogue value), and more. This is followed by decent Regionals and Channel Islands. The other four albums contain British Commonwealth countries, strongest in KGVI to early QEII period.
