1935 1c to $1 King George V Pictorial Issue Plate Proof Set, on card-mounted India paper, all in gutter blocks. The 1c to 8c values are gutter blocks of 8 (with 4 stamps on either side of the gutter) and the 10c to $1 values are gutter blocks of 4 (with 2 stamps on either side of the gutter). A lovely and fresh complete set which would look great mounted in an exhibit or collection. Unitrade suggests a catalogue value of $8,800 (for singles only) and does not take into account the rare and ideal gutter presentation offered here. Rsv. (Image)

Collection of Mint and Used Peace Issues all neatly displayed in a stockbook. Includes a selection of 8c to $1 regular issues in singles and plate blocks, sometimes mint, sometimes used (these often with nice c.d.s. cancels) and we also note used private perfins for these (not counted in catalogue value). Also includes 7c airmail, 10c special delivery and 17c special delivery airmail issues, as well as OHMS perfins and G and OHMS overprints, again with mint and used and plate blocks. Regular issue plate blocks tended to be hinged and official plate blocks tended to be never hinged and very fine centered. The used plate blocks were catalogued as single stamps only. Many high value items, see scans for an idea. (Image)
