1897 $5 Jubilee Plate Proof in Olive Green, in a full sheet of 50, mounted on card, showing varieties in positions 5, 9, 16 and 29 plus re-entries in positions 10 and 11. A great sheet and quite scarce, with only 800 stamps recorded, and probably very few intact sheets ramain. Rsv. (Image)

Collection of Jubilee Issue Lithographed Forgeries, with 15 different in colours more or less resembling issued stamps, including mint hinged gummed proofs with blank value tablets and a pair in red showing one with "ONE DOLLAR" and the other blank. Unusual crude forgeries, originally purchased in 1974. Also includes a perforated $4 and a $5 facsimile on larger card, produced by a British dealer. Not often seen and would make a great addition to a forgeries or Jubilee collection. (Image)
