Scandinavian & Nordic collector's accumulation, filling three large cartons, strong in Sweden, including eight stockbooks of mint coils and booklets, two hingeless albums, 1855-1990s, mostly mint from 1920s onwards, noting better including #197-211 mint, 213/27, missing a few mid values but with mint 1kr-5kr denominations, largely complete mint from 1940s onwards, also good representation of officials, two large binders of collectors' duplicates, also strong in coils, mostly used Finland to 1980s in a Scott album, many of the more modern issue with nice c.d.s. postmarks, five long red boxes of Norway, Finland, and Iceland duplicates, organized by Scott number, condition mixed as one would expect though much very fine material to be found, unsorted and awaiting a dilligent organization effort.

Worldwide balance strong in France & Germany, in two binders, the stamps generally selected as quality examples, almost entirely European through note a few South American stamps, including Brazil #1 used and #32 mint, within the France we note a nice group of imperforate Napoleon issues, selected for large margins and clean postmarks, mint 20c Pont du Gard including the difficult #254A, two singles from the Paris Exposition souvenir sheet, a selection of mostly mint Merson issues with lovely bright color, good airmails, and an interesting trio of Coat of Arms issues (#460-3) in imperforate pairs, Germany with better States including a nice group of four-margin Thurn & Taxis, Brunswick, Oldenburg, and Prussia, a couple dozen used Eagle & Shield issues, most with choice postmarks, good representation of colonies and offices abroad issues including mark-denominated Kaiser's Yacht issues, and interesting West German tete-beche gutter pairs, Denmark includes used four-margin Coat of Arms issues as well as later inverted frame Numeral issues, as well as a nice used #15, Finland with a selection of very fine Coat of Arms issues with intact teeth, Luxembourg including some of the less commonly seen imperforates and rouletted issues, early used Norway with crisp postmarks on King Oscar issues, Switzerland including a very fine mint #184, Sweden with a nice selection of used Arms and Numeral issues, with socked-on-the-nose c.d.s. cancels, and much more, much better quality than usual seen, typically very fine, a desirable and most attractive lot.
