1917 ANACS MS64 FSB. White, mark-free and great detail. The mint changed the obv hub for Mercury Dimes in 1917. A small fraction of the 1917 issue (David Lange, author of "A Complete Guide to Mercury Dimes", suggests 10 to 15%) were struck with the original hub (known as the Type of 1916). However, the present coin represents the more common "Type of 1917". The differences are very subtle. (Image)
