Worldwide Internet/Mail Sale - September 29, 2021

Welcome to our September 29th auction. This is our 352nd Auction since we started running our sales back in 1972. We are continuing our tradition of offering our bidders a wide variety of worldwide material. Here are some of the highlights of Sale #352:
  • Terrific array of worldwide covers and postal history from stampless to modern. Many are from one estate that had been collected over several decades.
  • Excellent Br. Commonwealth with many good sections including Gold Coast, Ceylon, Bermuda, Ascension and Br. Africa.
  • Extensive Canada from early to modern including Pence issues, Jubilees to $5, imperforate pairs including Admirals, and a good section of Semi-Official Airmails.
  • Newfoundland from imperforate Pence issues up to 1940's with many key items including a used C4 De Pinedo Airmail and a mint C5 Columbia Airmail.
  • Many Zeppelin covers and cards from Germany and other countries.
  • Good section of Japan including many nice postcards plus Karl Lewis illustrated covers.
  • Hundreds of larger lots including collections, accumulations and box lots.
Don't forget that there is No Buyer's Fee at Vance Auctions and bidding is in inexpensive Canadian dollars. There is no extra charge for credit card use. Bidding information displayed at Stamp Auction Network for our auction lots is now being updated. Bidding on items in the sale will continue until Midnight EDT on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.

Please note that bids come in from many sources in addition to SAN (including e-mail, telephone, fax, mail, and our own web site). Even if your bid is 'green' at SAN when bidding ends, you could still be outbid. If your bid turns 'red' after Midnight on the last night of bidding, it means that a higher bid was received from another source before Midnight. Auction results for Sale #352 will be posted at www.vanceauctions.com on the evening of Saturday, October 2nd.
